Renata Kaczorowska graduated with honours from the University of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Poznan, Poland in 2000. Her pre-medical education included studying biology at the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Since the early days of dental school her special interest was directed at Endodontics and Periodontics. After graduation she acquired professional experience by working in a private, periodontal and implants specialist practice in Poznan, Poland. From 2002 Renata ran her own two practices in Torun, Poland providing endodontal and periodontal services for the area with the use of a microscope. Since 2006 she provides private dental services in Devon. After many years of assisting and placing implants under the eye of experienced surgeons she started to place implants to her own patients in Okehampton from 2006. In Jan 2009 she took over The North Tawton Dental Practice where she provides a comprehensive range of high quality private dental treatments.
In Sept 2008 she completed studies at GIFT Implant Training Programme provided by University of Warwick. She is presently enrolled in Implant Dentistry Programme at the Postgraduate Level. Her goal is to obtain Master of Science in Implant Dentistry.

She was Chief Editor of Polish quarterlies “Dental Surgery in Practice” published by Raabe 2004-2006.
During her spare time she enjoys watercolur painting, photography and travelling.

Dr Wozna graduated from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry, Poland in 2000. Between 2000 and 2006 she gained professional experience providing treatment at high-level, private dental clinic in Wroclaw, Poland (www.royaldent.pl) .
Her main area of interest focused on complex treatment including orthodontics, implants, bridges, precise aesthettic dentures and cosmetic dentistry (laser whitening and veneers).
Joanna has maintained professional development by attending dental courses and conferences to keep up to date with modern dentistry and to improve her professional skills at both a national and international level.

Jackie qualified as a dental hygienist in 1976 at RAF Halton and has worked in both NHS and private practices in Bucks, Berks and Oxon.

In 1990 she altered career direction and worked as a dental sales executive firstly for Gillette and then Colgate for 4 years. In 1994 Jackie joined a small dental PR and marketing agency, helping to develop it in both dental and consumer Public Relations. She continued in this role until she moved to Devon in 2003 and returned to clinical practice in January 2009.

Jackie particularly enjoys meeting people and helping them to achieve a better understanding of oral health. She has completed several courses including giving local anaesthesia, re-cementing crowns and replacing temporary dressings, whitening teeth and non-surgical periodontal therapy.

Jackie is a member of BSDHT (the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy) and is fully committed to continuing professional development.

Outside work Jackie enjoys amateur dramatics (especially comedy) and is a member of HATS (Holsworthy Amateur Theatrical Society). She loves walking her dogs (2 ex-racing greyhounds and a weimaraner) exploring Dartmoor with Phil her husband and has a passion for gardening.

Marian started training as a dental nurse in 1987 at the Okehampton dental practice. In January 1989 she joined the North Tawton Dental Practice. She qualified as a dental nurse in 1990. Marian took a couple of breaks to have her two children. She has seen many changes at the practice since she started here at the age of 18.
In her spare time she enjoys playing in her local brass band, mountain biking, spending time with her family and cooking.

Karen started training as a dental nurse in 1986 in a practice in Exeter where she worked for 17 years nursing with a hygienist, general dental surgeon, oral surgeon and an orthodontist. She qualified as a dental nurse in May 1995. She then had two years out to have her son and returned to work in 2005 in Okehampton. She then joined the North Tawton Dental Practice in April 2009. At present she is training towards her radiography exam. She also attends Ashburton Centre of Excellence with Dr Kaczorowska to continue her education in implantology.
Karen in her spare time loves music and reading, spending time in London taking in all the sights, and spending time with her son, partner and friends.

Clare began training at North Tawton Dental Practice as a dental nurse in November 1996 and qualified with a 'merit' in 1998. She continued working full time until August 2005 when she had her first child Samuel. She returned after her maternity leave to work part-time and left again in 2007 to have her daughter Rosie. She is still currently working part time whilst keeping up with her two your children. In her spare time she loves running and generally keeping fit.
